Items are made to order so please ensure all the details are correct before ordering. Faulty items will be refunded or eligible for exchange if reported within 14 days.

A faulty item is classed as a garment that is damaged, or has damaged print. Items are ordered and printed to the customers requested specification, and so unless the garment is faulty, cannot be refunded or exchanged. Once an item is returned, it will be inspected by SC9 and our supplier to ascertain whether it is faulty. If found to faulty, a refund or exchange will be made available as soon as possible.
