A faulty item is classed as a garment that is damaged, or has damaged print. Items are ordered and printed to the customers requested specification, and so unless the garment is faulty, cannot be refunded or exchanged. Once an item is returned, it will be inspected by SC9 and our supplier to ascertain whether it is faulty.
